Please submit the following information:

Guarantor, Individual Borrower or Partners

• JetDollars Loan Application.
• Previous two or three years' personal tax returns (signed and dated) including all pages, schedules and attachments
• Personal Financial Statement, signed and dated.
• Aircraft Spec. Sheet

Corporations

• Previous two or three years' tax returns (signed and dated)
• Year-to-date Balance Sheet and Income Statement (signed and dated)
• Previous two or three years' Balance Sheet and Income Statement (signed and dated)

Most loans to closely held corporations require a personal guarantee by the major stockholder(s). The outline above is intended as a guide only and additional supporting information may be requested later.
